TV Armor manufactures and sells TV Screen protectors for LCD and Plasma TVs. I gotta tell you.. running a small business is tough but definitly worth it. I cant recommend enough getting out there turning your idea into reality. Anyway, check it out i you get a chance.

Well Halloween 2007 has come and gone.. another sucessful year in the bag. We had over 200 trick or treaters and
expanded the graveyard into our neighbors yard. This years new pneumatic prop was a the stand up skeleton.
I would have done more.. but life got busy. I have put up the video for this year.. hope you enjoy it.

Merry Christmas, Happy New year!.. dam its been a while since I updated this site. The holidays were really busy so I have
gotten a bit behind on my Halloween plans. In December the NJ haunters go together and built coffins.. in January we got together and just had a wrap it up kinda meeting where Tom Marker and myself finished up my standup skeleton in a coffin.

Another Halloween come and gone. The kids loved it, the parents enjoyed it, and I had fun.. over all it was worth
every minute I put into it over the past year. I did learn a couple lessons.. Hot fog melts 80lbs worth of ice faster then you think, and kids today dont scare easily. You need to get right up in their faces. Anyway... I have a low res video put together of this years Haunted Lane. On to planning next year!

| Sept 11th, 2006 | Well after two meetings, I finally got my bottomless pit done. It has fake rocks on the outside and wooden slats on the inside. Here's a couple pictures Side view Looking down it. |
| April 27th, 2006 | Sad, Sad, Sad..I have no excuse for not updating this page more often. I guess life has gotten busy lately and my time has been consumed by home repairs and improvements instead of halloween projects. I guess I need to get my priorities straight:) This weekendi, April 29th, the NJ Haunters Association is going to hold a meeting. We are currently building a bottomless pit illusion. |
| Jan 29th, 2006 | Tom Marker and Myself got together today and finished the lowboy/skelerector project. Check it out |
| Jan 23rd, 2006 | The holidays are over and its been quite a while since I updated this webpage. Christmas and New Years went well. SO well that going back to work after 3 weeks off was... well a challenge to say the least:) Where is the NJ Haunters Association going in the New Year? No idea. I attempted to generate some interest in another project (a skeleton that looks like it is wiggling out of the grave) but I only had 2 people interested. Maybe everyone needs a few months off from Halloween. I know my wife wants me to:) I'll try to get things going again in Feb with a big blitz advert to everyone. Maybe we can even draw in a few new members. Regarding our last project, I still have 3 lowboys that people own sitting in my garage. Please cotact me to arrange to work on them or pick them up. |
| Dec 3rd, 2005 | The NJ haunters associationhad its first post halloween meeting. It was pretty much a bust. Digger and
Tom Marker were the only ones to show up. We checked out Digger's cool Halloween Pictures and worked on the
skelerector a bit that we will put up for sale.
We decided on the next project.. a skeleton that looks like it is emerging from the ground or struggling to get out.
It will be a nice one meeting project that should be a really nice effect. I will setup a paypal payment area
if their is enough interest from the NJ haunters list.
This is a little movie of the prototype. |
| Nov 1st, 2005 | Well halloween went quite well. I didn’t get nearly what I wanted to get done as far as props,
and decorations, but the kids still loved it. I was able to get a decent graveyard setup with some Midnight
Syndicate music playing all night. The fog was perfect! Not a breeze all night, and it was warm to (50+ deg)
so the fog stayed really low to the ground for a long time. We had probably 100 kids come by.. A decent turnout compared to last year. I got quite a few compliments from adults and kids saying things like.. "This is the cool house", "I really love the grave yard", etc.. We even had a few people who came during the day, drive by at night to see the graveyard all lit up. I don’t have much video yet.. but if ya wanna see something cute.. My 3 yr old daughter in her snow white costume enjoyed frolicking in the fog and graveyard most of the night (I think she's got haunting in the blood:) Happy Halloween!! |
| September 10th, 2005 | The NJ haunters association held its latest meeting this past weekend. Tom, Debbie, Carl, and Myself finished working on the Lowboy project. Its a really amazing pneumatic, but it hits REALLY hard. At one point it flipped itself up in the air during our initial testing. It definitly needs flow controls. Hopefully the rest of the group will be able to wrap this project up at our next meeting. We discussed having our next meeting after halloween sometime. |
| Fog Screen Patents | The topic of fog screens can up on the Halloween-L list. I decided to go research the
appropriate patents on the topic and put them up for download. Pretty interesting stuff. Patent #6819487 Patent #5989128 Patent #5270752 Patent #5067653 |
| July 16th, 2005 | The NJ haunters association got together at my garage as usual. Tom M., Rob, Gary, and Myself continued to work on the Lowboy project. We made a lot of progress. Hopefully we will be able to wrap this project up next meeting. I think this is probaly one of the most complicated and demanding projects that a haunter group has tackled. We discussed September 10th as the next meeting date. |
| May 15th, 2005 | Oh my, the buckies were getting gory today! 1/2 of the group working on corpsing buckies using latex and batting, while the other half spent a lot of time cutting steel for our lowboy project. Most everyone took a turn welding the base for the 8 lowboys we are building. |
| May 5th, 2005 | What do you need to bring to the next meeting? Wear old clothes - steel and latex are messy. Please bring something to corpse (bucky, blucky, bart, skull, etc..), bring safety glasses if you have them (working around metal is dangerous to the eyes), and if you want something to drink/eat bring it. We should probably discuss adding food/drink as a component of each meeting. |
| May 3rd, 2005 | Looks like we have three new members joining us at May's meeting, Debbie, Carl (Digger C), and Michael Bruner Welcome! That makes 9 people coming to the next meeting! Pretty soon we are going to have to start thinking about feeding everyone.. Potluck? Catered? No food? |
| April 28th, 2005 | All the steel has been purchased for the Vilethings.com "Lowboy" project (Enough for 8). I have also picked up 5 gallons of #80 latex from Cementex, and a bunch of batting + brushes. |
| April 27th, 2005 | The NJ Haunters association has set its next meeting date for May 15th, 2005 from Noon to 5pm. At this meeting we will be corpsing buckys and other various skeleton parts, and building a Skelerector like project from Vilethings.com called "Lowboy". It is also rumored that Michael Bruner will be joining us from central PA. |
| April 23rd, 2005 | The NJ Haunters association held its 6th meeting this past Saturday. We finished our 2nd project, a Talking Animatronic Skull. We had a new member join us for the first time, Bob C. Welcome Bob! |
| March 31st, 2005 | All the materials have shown up for the April NJ Haunters Association project. |
| March 29th, 2005 | Everything has been ordered for the NJ Haunters Association April project. If you have never been to a meeting and want to participate in our April project, please email me before April 9th so I can make sure we have enough materials on hand. |
| March 26th, 2005 | The NJ Haunters association held its 5th meeting this past Saturday. We finished up our Pneumatic Tombstone Popup and decided to create a talking skeleton for our April meeting. |
